Runners doing the 10-mile race will follow the Willow Creek Path into Rock Cut State Park.  They will circle the park on the park road and return to the high school.  The 5-kilometer runners will compete in a fast, flat out-and-back course on the Willow Creek Path.

The USAT certified course will begin near the track, just north of the Harlem High School gym. Runners will proceed west, then south west, following the road into a parking lot to get to the Willow Creek Path. This path will take the runners into Rock Cut State Park. RUNNERS SHOULD KEEP TO THEIR LEFT AT ALL TIMES!  5 K racers will see the turn around cone before entering the park. 10-mile runners will take a LEFT at the end of the path and run clockwise on the road circling Pierce Lake. Once again, KEEP LEFT.  Stay on the road that circles the lake (approximately 4.4 miles around lake.) After crossing the spillway bridge, runners will return to Willow Creek Path and head back to the high school, following the path. Once again, keep left, to avoid collisions.

Again this year - CHIP TIMING!!

Water will be available on the course at the 1.5-mile, 3-mile, 5-mile, 7-mile, and 8.5-mile marks for the 10 milers, and at the 1.5-mile mark for the 5Kers.  Toilets are available at Puri Crest Picnic area (4.75-mile) and West Lake Picnic area (7-mile).  Please be sure to thank your aid-station volunteers!
